Losing weight

Alright so im 6foot 2, 2 weeks ago i weighed 120kg now im at 115kg, is it normal to lose 5kg in 2 weeks from just eating veg and fruit and little chicken? First week was 2 wraps from subway and this week has been salads and stir fry, iv only been gym once during these weeks but i work 40 to 50 hours plus a week in the sun and heat always standing or walking around lifting and moving signs cones etc just want to make sure im not misisng anything in my diet that could cause issues?

    11 lbs in the first two weeks at your size is not unusual. It should slow down as long as you eat a healthy amount of food. How many calories are you eating per day?

    Around the 1400 a day of cals

    Good Carbs under 200 a day
    Not eating pasta, rice or potato or any junk so under 50 bad carbs

    That's no good.

    First, 1400 calories is too few for a man. You could lose perfectly fine eating 2200.

    Second, pasta, rice, and potatoes are absolutely fine to eat. Don't demonize carbs. Eating a well rounded diet is good for overall health. That diet can certainly include pasta and rice and potatoes and it can include a moderate level of "junk" even.

    Just eat in a moderate deficit and get in some exercise for your health. You'll be fine.

    My dairy on here says i need no more then 2050 cal max, yeah isnt much for me but i eat till im full with just veg or fruit, was hard not eating junk as im ust to eating 3 times a day of takeaway due to my type of work so its why i stay completely away from junk for now, im mostly aiming to reach 100kg before im happy.

    My plan is to go gym on a regular basis but kinda hard when doing 12 hour shifts with hour drive on top there and back

    Well then eat 2050. You are supposed to add your exercise to your diary and then eat those calories but a lot of people do not. Regardless, you are under eating now so stop it. And eat a well rounded diet. That means enough protein and fat, nor just fruit/veg.

    How many days a week do you work? Would it make more sense to get some equipment to use at home? Save money on gas and gym fees and spend it on equipment. Or look into bodyweight /calisthenics such as You Are Your Own Gym.
