LADIES: Is it normal to get burnt out during the time of the month?

I'm going through mine right now and keep getting burnt out within minutes of exercising. The bloat is also really bad this time and I feel so sluggish.

Yeah.. I feel out of breath and weak the first 2-3 days.. Then I'm back to myself..1

I usually have one insanely heavy day and I feel like crap. I usually don't workout because I'm afraid I'll leak through. It sucks. But other than that working out makes me feel so much better.0
