Quick introduction - 32, female, based in Australia, looking to tone up, create peach butt, get tight lean muscles.
I have just started on the fitness journey, have joined few work out forums and getting a lot of different opinions on what is the best way to go about my goals. Currently just winging it, I work out every second day mainly doing weights, I will be increasing that to 5 - 6 days a week.
I have brought creatine, amino supplement and protein supplement, also recently got white lighting fat burner supplement **version that has been taken off the market** hopefully that will help shred unwanted fat faster, I have read a lot of reviews and a lot claim it is amazing fat burner.
