    What do you mean?

Do you mean calculate? You can get estimates but they are personal, based on your bodyweight, intensity, duration etc

    See METs tables

You can use the MFP database but it's recommended to cut the calories allowed in half and monitor over time before adjusting (8 weeks)

If steady state cardio is your think you could use a HRM
