Been reading through the forums and might start getting involved. Joining up to try gain some weight. Currently weigh in at 60kg aiming for 70kg for now and then see what happens. Currently do weights 4-5 times a week with 2 - 3 days running. Love obstacles races such as Spartan Race & True Grit. Overall just want to be fitter & stronger.
