1 banana, 1/2 table spoon peanut butter, (optional pb2 or Pb powder for more Pb flavor), 1 tbs cacao powder, then 200-400 ml water depending how thick you want it. So good!0

The flaxseeds should be soaked in a little water for at least 15 minutes. When I'm doing the dishes from this smoothie, I put the flaxseeds for the next smoothie in water and stick this in the frig so it's ready for the next time.
I blend everything but the egg, protein powder, and tea first, then add these ingredients and blend for a few more seconds - the fruit and veggies need more time and the smoothie will be too frothy if everything is done together.0 -
Mixed berry smoothie:
•frozen ripe banana
•frozen cherries
•frozen blueberries
•frozen strawberries
•coconut water
Healthy chocolate "milk shake":
•frozen ripe banana
•couple tablespoons of cacao or cocoa powder
•ground chia seeds (about 1 teaspoon)
•coconut water
•couple tablespoons of half & half
Yummy Green smoothie:
•frozen ripe banana
•fresh spinach leaves
•ground chia
•homemade almond/coconut milk (to make this just soak 1 cup whole raw almonds in water overnight, than rinse and blend with 3 cups coconut water, strain through a nut milk bag, store in glass container in fridge) OR vanilla almond milk
Green Creamsicle:
•Frozen ripe banana
•fresh spinach leaves
•fresh squeezed orange juice (Valencia oranges are best for making juice)
Protein "chocolate milk":
•2 scoops chocolate whey protein (I like Tera's Whey organic grass fed whey concentrate in dark chocolate flavor)
•8 to 10 oz coconut water
Protein peanubutter cup "milkshake":
•2 scoops chocolate whey protein
•frozen ripe banana
•1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter
•coconut water
•couple tablespoons half & half0 -

All sound and look good and easy to do but any idea of the calorie counts on them. That would be really handy. Thanks
