It is a 3 day program.

It is meant to be a 3 day program, with the lifts split between workouts A and B, which rotate. Have you looked at the program as written? I used to do it that way, but now only have 2 days in the weight room. I just do all 5 lifts both days. I would suggest trying any program as written until you know what you are doing and how it works, then make adjustments.

Go to the website and read the instructions. The program is simple and the website does a really nice job of walking you through how it works and why it is set up that way. Watch the videos and pay close attention to proper form. Then use the app to keep track of your progress.

Thanks for that, I'm not very good at keeping my back straight, I struggle a lot with that.

it's 3 days a week: lift-rest-lift-rest-lift-rest-rest, but you don't have to be totally rigid with it. i did it for more than a year and because life, i never settled into a superconsistent 'if it's tuesday this must be workout a' thing. i just aimed for whether i'd done three days of lifting that week, and gotten the expected exposure for each of the workouts.

if the form learning curve is going slowly for you, there's no obligation to add 5 or 10 pounds every time just because sl says so. prioritize form over 'progress' and you'll make better progress in the long term.
