Post-bariatric surgery here. Due to known mal-absorption issues I am on vitamins for life. I take a Bariatric multivitamin (more iron, calcium, and folic acid), B12 sublingual, and Vitamin D).
I hid whey protein isolate in our pancakes this morning.1 -
Multivitamin, iron, b12, d, omega 3 because I have crohn's and malabsorption/ low fiber diet so I miss lots of stuff naturally0

I notice a huge difference when I am not taking my vitamins regularly.
I also take a probiotic if I'm not eating fermented foods regularly (but I love all fermented foods so that usually doesn't happen!)0 -
I take a multi-vitamin, vitamin C, BCAA's and protein0
-
Nothing. No fake manmade Frankenstein shakes, gels, powders, pills....nothing. I just eat REAL FOOD.1

Creatine. It seems to make a huge difference in my lifting. I'm currently trying out BCAA's. I'm not noticing any difference with lifting, but it seemed to help when I took it before my run yesterday. I'll need more time to evaluate it. I use protein powder to help me get somewhat closer to my protein goals. I have to wonder if I would need any of it though if I could find a way to stuff more lean meats in my face and get sufficient protein.0
