Hello, looking for friends to add that are maybe in the same boat or would like to cheer me on during my journey, as well as my support on yours.
So I weighed myself and it's say I gained 2lbs or so. I'm kinda disappointed. I've had a very strict diet due to medical issues that had me in the hospital for a week. I have pancreatitis, which the list of things you can eat is so much smaller than what you can't. Most days I can't even reach my 1300 calorie goal and others I go over by 1-2 hundred calories. I know I shouldn't be complaining but when you eat like a rabbit and see nothing it scares me. I plan on starting back at the gym in 2-3 weeks after I've healed from surgery. I guess I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong. Thanks for listening!
If you have the same can you share your meals or what you did to also drop weight from a healthy standpoint. It's just such a dramatic change so quickly, when you are told another pancreas attack will put you back in the hospital. So I avoid all possible avenues that me lead to an attack.
Thank you again!

If you've just had surgery you may have extra fluid in your abdomen, even just with pancreatitis on its own.
Speak to your surgeon about if this is possible, also about realistic weight goals for you at this time.
I'm sorry you had to endure something so hideously painful.3
