117 pounds down in 11 months.

I was 355 pounds in January 2016. I decided to try low carb high fat (LCHF). I have done no exercise and have limited my calories to 1500 ( lower than MFP suggests) but I have been able to do that because I have no cravings and no hunger due to the LCHF. I have lost 117 pounds and still want to lose another 20 to 25. Hoping to have most of that lost at the 1 year mark.

    What was your carb and fat mg percentages? I'm looking to do this along with my intermittent fasting.

    mine are 5% carbs, 70% fats and 25% protein. I used a formula that i found on dietdoctor.com I self imposed 1500 cals even though MFP suggests something like 2000. The formula goes like this for "Strict low carb"...20 grams of carbs and 1 gram of protein for every pound of your GOAL weight and the rest is fats. So when you select calorie goal or use the one that MFP suggests and then plug gram amounts into the 3 macros it changes it to percentages. Sometimes you cannot get the exact number of grams because MFP uses increments of 5%. The 3 macros on MFP have to add up to 100%. Thats a little long winded. Does that make sense?
