    My favorite is:
    Fried Rice
Fried Bacon, chopped into small pieces
    Fried Chopped Onions
    Fried Scrambled Eggs
    Frozen Peas and Carrots
    Cauliflower rice
Soy sauce to taste (I use Braggs)
    Cook and mix together.
Optional: chopped cabbage or other veggies.
Sorry, I'm this is not measured out, I just through it together.

I just bought some cauliflower rice today, though not the frozen type. I found this video on youtube that has a few different varieties.

I've also seen recipes online where it is used for rice pudding and pizza crust.

When I cook mine I will repost with how it turned out and recipe if I find a good one. :)

I've used it fresh done in my food processor but have been looking in the stores for the frozen and am not finding it. Is it pre-cooked? Or is it raw frozen? If it's pre-cooked be careful about adding much more liquid to what you cook it with, it's much nicer not smushy.

I did make pizza crust one time but the binding agent is egg and cream cheese and at that point I'm kinda missing the point, calorifically. It was alright though.

I just used mine to make some fried "rice" for the first time.

Poured some sesame oil in the pan and fried an egg. Removed egg, added more oil, then fried the frozen cauliflower for about 5 minutes. Then added frozen peas, frozen carrots, chopped garlic and soy sauce. Cooked that for a few minutes, then added the egg back in, then a few shakes of pepper. Ready to eat.

I prefer fresh because it has less moisture, but I just sauté mine and then use it as I would rice. I've found the frozen at Sprout's.

I vote you grill it! Thrift store goerge foreman grill can cook up some really good cauliflower rice!

Here's an Indian rice recipe that is perfect for cold days. The spices are so warm and earthy. (I sound like a hippie)

There's also a more classic fried "rice".
