Stumped ! New to tracking !

Hey guys,
New to this whole tracking thing. Uhm usually i dont really pay attention to these kinds of stuff but i just wanted to give it a shot. So i am 167Pounds, i want to lose weight and go down to 154. My calorie goal is 1810, I do want to lose weight and not maintain weight. Can anyone help...that would be awesome
(Used to weigh 220 pounds now i weigh 167)

Since you have under 25 pounds to lose, you should aim for 0.5 pounds per week loss! In order to lose 0.5 pounds per week, you must consume 250 calories less daily; than what's necessary to maintain! Also with such a small calorie deficit, you should have a digital food scale because it's extremely easy otherwise, to accidentally consume enough calories; to keep you at maintenance! When you had more weight to lose, it was easier to lose weight & without a food scale because since your caloric deficit was higher, mistakes wouldn't have prevented all progress; as it's possible to now!1

I have been thinking about a good scale but honestly I never got around to getting it....everyone says it will benefit a ton. I kinda always eyed...lol it...ima try it..0

The trick is to get a gps device small enough that you can hide it somewhere on her car that she will never find.
Or maybe I misunderstood the title of this thread.1 -
Lol what? Well pretty much i am new to the whole tracking calories and all of that...so people have been talking about using a good scale to help out.0
