Post surgery nutrition

Hi everyone! I just had surgery to fix a droopy eyelid and the doctor told me to avoid strenuous activity for a week(lifting). How should I go about my nutrition while not in the gym? Should I continue to try to hit my macros, drop them down, or just take this time off from tracking? Btw I'm currently bulking but haven't really put on much weight in the last 3 months anyway.

If you aren't able to lift than you should adjust your macros since you won't be needing to replenish glycogen. Because any extra calories potentially can be stored as fat. Also supplementing with a good BCAA, if you aren't already, will help minimize any muscle loss while your not lifting.
Hope that helps.0 -
Eat maintenance if you are inactive for a reasonable period of time. No point eating excess calories with no exercise as they will likely be stored as fat.0
