Post Surgery tracking

Hi everyone! I just had surgery to fix a droopy eyelid and the doctor told me to avoid strenuous activity for a week(lifting). How should I go about my nutrition while not in the gym? Should I continue to try to hit my macros, drop them down, or just take this time off from tracking? Btw I'm currently bulking but haven't really put on much weight in the last 3 months anyway.

I would eat at maintenance and let my body heal. Go for some walks to get in some movement if you feel like it.
I hope your recovery goes well.2 -
I would drop your calories a bit to compensate for the reduced activity. When you get back to the gym (with clearance from your Dr), then bump it back up and rock on!1
