Hi There,
I'm back for round two. I was a dedicated MFP user a few years back. I loved it and saw great results. I ended up very consciously taking a break because it was becoming a bit of a time suck, versus a tool.
But I'm back and excited to find balance with MFP and life. I am still active and generally eat well. I'm noticing that my issue has been eating more frequently than I should! I have a very snack-loving office.
I'm looking for friends who really love being nosey nellies with diaries. I am very honest in my food diary and need people who can call me out when I'm eating too much/not well.
Please friend if you feel like you can offer this kind of support. I am try to be very encouraging in return.
