Female/24/160cm/55kg/ works out 5 times a week.
I have been working out for 3 years now but I have never restricted my daily calorie intake before.
I got to know this app from a friend of mine and started to consume less than 1200kcal per day. (I do not eat a whole lot of veggies and fruits - but I avoid processed food as well.) It's been 3 weeks since then. My goal is to lose 0.5kg per week but I've only lost 1kg so far.
I would like to know what I can do to lose my weight faster. Thks

Three weeks is too early to conclude that your plan isn't working, but often when people don't lose as much as they expect it is due to logging errors that mean they're eating more than they think they are. Are you using a scale for measuring food? Are you avoiding generic/homemade entries from the database?

Without seeing your logging, we won't be able to help much. Would you consider opening your diary? Are you sure your goals are realistic?

Are you weighing your food on a food scale?

You are losing, and being at a healthy weight already you aren't going to lose faster than this without sacrificing muscle and/or your health. Especially as 1200 calories is the lowest you can go.

How do you measure your calories? Do you read labels and use that as your guide, or do you weigh your food?

You are a good weight for your height, which makes it harder to lose weight without being very careful about calorie counting.

You might find you are underestimating the number of calories you are eating, otherwise you would be losing weight.

OP, if I'm converting to lbs correctly, you are already at a healthy weight for your height. You are not going to lose weight fast, at least not in a healthy manner. 1 kg in 3 weeks I think is probably around what you should expect. And as @janejellyroll said, 3 weeks isn't really long enough to judge whether your on track for the long haul.

Based on your stats, I would guess you are looking to lose around 10 lbs, which would be @ 5 kg I think?

You've been doing this for almost no time at all, and you're already small to begin with. The smaller you are, the less you burn. The less you burn, the slower you lose.

So you are .5 kg "behind schedule" and it's not working? Yes, it is working. Weight loss is not linear. Some weeks we may lose nothing, and then the next week catches up. You should be looking for a downward trend....not exact numbers. There are too many things that can throw your weigh-in off. Water retention: time of month, higher sodium day, sore muscles, and waste.

1200 is the default minimum (before exercise) .....so it's unlikely you can lose faster in a healthy way. 1200 is most appropriate for very petite and/or senior ladies. You need adequate nutrition and fat stores don't provide 100% of everything, all the time (unfortunately).

You're short and already light, at this stage you need to be patient and be grateful that you actually are losing at a decent pace.

You've lost a kilo in 3 weeks. I see no problem.

It is working. Perhaps you need to be more patient. You're already light. You're not going to lose at the same rate as someone who has at least 75lbs to lose.

And stop eating below 1200. Get a food scale and track your calories accurately.

Thanks for your advice everyone. Maybe I should be a bit more patient. However - I would like all of you to know that South Korea has a really high standard when it comes to women's body shape and weight. 160cm 55kg is not small. It's considered "chubby".

I can appreciate where you are coming from @iamjiyoung, but from my personal perspective (and many others) 55kg is so small! :) As the other people have said, three weeks is a short time, and you have still lost weight over this timeframe. Take it slowly and be consistent.

I think the best for you is to consider a body recomposition so that you don't become dangerously underweight going for your ideal body shape. A body recomposition is basically eating at your personal maintenance calories or 50-100 cals below and doing a heavy progressive lifting program. This will not make you bulky or big at all, it will slim you down firm you up and give you the desired smaller/thinner shape with the added bonus of being strong, too.
