I just wonder are you all most focus or following on Calories or Macros? Or both? Whichs working to lose weight?

    I've only focused on calories and haven't really paid attention to macros. It's worked well for me :)

    Cool! How much you have lost so far? I've focused on calories to see if it working til this Sat and today was my third day!

    I'm an 'old timer' lol. I've lost 50lbs and I've now been in maintenance for almost 4 years :) Throughout all of this I've only focused on my calorie intake, and have reached my weight and health goals, just by hitting my calorie targets.

    Wow! Well done you for lose 50lbs! It amazing you keep your maintenance for 4 years! I wish I started it last year if I find out about mfp as I would be slimmer by now and seem like mfp working for lose weight while enjoy the food whichs good thing.
