New to MyFitnessPal

Greetings!

I just started logging my food on MyFitnessPal. I thought I would hate giving up a paper journal for digital but so easy to log things on the phone!!

I am a serial dieter, intermittent exerciser who has hit a bottom point in a two year period of stress, stress, stress, that included a diabetes diagnosis in May. I am praying that returning to the primal diet and increasing my activity will reverse it, and drop the extra pounds.

I would like to find an online support group following a similar diet, and also people from whom to borrow primal recipes - looking for gluten free, wheat free, corn free, rice free, bean free, nitrite free, and dairy limited recipes.
