Hello again

I've been on here numerous times before and it has served my goals well. Now after five years of weight training with decent results in terms of body composition rather than strength, I'm going back to basics a bit and doing Starting Strength. So decided to get back to tracking to try and benefit from it as much as possible without excessive fat gain. I've got like a whole plan in my head for what I'm doing after that involving the Texas Method, periodisation, etc. Things always sound great in my head.
