Hey everyone,

My name is Matina, I've had issues with my weight my whole life, I'm 19 years old, looking to lose weight so my horses move easier when I'm riding (I feel like a whale when I sit on them) I moved to Melbourne last year leaving all my family behind in NSW, my partner tries to support me as much as he can but I still feel like he is against me, my other goal is to one day fit in a wedding dress without looking and feeling like hell....I don't have much self motivation but I'm trying to change that. Last year I was diagnosed with a fatty liver, gluten intolerance and lactose intolerant so if anyone knows anything helpful that'd be great.

That is a beautiful thing you want to do. Best of luck.

I love riding so much. But I haven't done it in ages because I feel too bad for the horse that would have to carry me lol. I have a fatty liver also. I was told to limit alcoholic/sugary drinks and carbs, plus lose weight. You can do it and I wish you good luck.
