Looking for inspiration with calorie counting

Has anyone had success with calorie counting and interval exercise like 10-15mins a day?

    That's what I'm doing. 1100 calories a day with at least 15 minutes of exercise. I have workouts emailed to me for free every day for 30 days. And me and my kids do Zumba (YouTube has tons of it) every day. Just started this a couple of days ago. I can support you if you like. Feel free to add me!

    Counting calories works perfectly if you accurately and honestly count and your total of counting in every day is consistently less than your maintenance needs. Eventually you get to a point where you don't want to lose even more weight and it becomes important that you count calories to be sure that you reach your maintenance needs.
