Getting back to trying to stay with myfitnesspal. I am 50+ female. I need to lose a lot, but for now looking at a lower goal of 20 lb. to start with. Staying encouraged is the hardest thing. I have been for the last few years exercising 3-5 times a week, trying to eat healthy, though I have a sweet tooth, but I just can't seem to get anywhere with weight loss. I work part-time and got to graduate school part-time. So, I probably don't have time to post often, but I might try to look at the boards to stay motivated and encouraged. Weight loss success stories are encouraging.
