At gym, when i do HIT classes for 60 minute then I log 60min circuit training on Myfitnesspal. Whereas, when I do on my own I do take breaks , it is not as fast as the class but I do weight lifting, leg workout, abs etc.

I don't know how should I log in?

For example

If i did 5sets leg press (10 reps) with 40kg. Is there any way to log it on MFP?

Or if i did 50 squats

Can someone help me and post the name of the available exercises please?

Just as "strength training" under cardio

There is a database entry that lets you log it as a cardiovascular exercise, but honestly there's no way to create a good database entry for weightlifting. Many experienced users don't even attempt to log weightlifting
