    Happy New Year all! :smiley:

    Hampshire/Surrey border here with big fitness and weight loss goals (and rewards!) for 2017:
    1. Lose 0.75 kg/week
    2. Complete 5X workouts/week (mixture of weight training, walk/run, swim)
    3. Get fit enough to do "proper" press-ups :#
    • 1st major weight-loss milestone reward: tandem skydive
    • 2nd major weight-loss milestone reward: take up horse-riding again (before then it would just be too cruel for the poor horse :s:p )
