MFP reload!!!

Hi everyone,
I've been a member for a few years, and I used to be a good mfp-er, but I lost my way, and I am trying to get back in the habit!!! I have already had a few "false starts" this year since January. I am generally strict during the week, but I tend to drink a lot and lose the plot at weekends. I know that I do have about a stone to lose and I need to crack on and do it, rather than not do it and post the same message here again next year.
I'm posting here because I think I'd like a bit more support and I may have lost a few mfp friends through general non-appearance on mfp. Please add me if you like exercise, and are aiming to lose weight and be healthy by consistent tracking.

Hey there! I was also consistent with MFP in the past and lost 20 pounds, but then sorta lost motivation and gained back 14 of those pounds. So I'm back to lose that 14 I regained, plus another 20 to get down to my target weight. So far it's been almost a week that I've been consistent with my tracking. I would really love more friends for inspiration/motivation so I'll add you! Welcome back to MFP!0
