One of those things people don't usually admit too....but What the heck now you know me better than my family and in one post. We are off to a great start :-)

Add me as a friend. I started a multimodal commute to work about a year ago. And, it really was just about the commute, not exercise or love of cycling. But I to better and better at it and today, I do like cycling. And cyclist tend to e thin, because power to weight ratio determines your hill climbing ability.

So ya, I need to be thin. But before thin, how about normal weight? For my height 179 is the start of normal range on the high end. I was 190 last week, 195 right now (water weight due to high carb intake over weekend...let's say true weight about 192). So....got some to go before normal, but doable.

Btw, I was 250 a couple years ago....so I do know about obesity, but today I Am a fit guy carrying a fat suit up the hills..

Ok have to go...add me...I will help you as well...be glad to hold you accountable. Bye
