Back on counting macros, trying to lose 15 lbs of fat and get ripped.

Been working out consistently for 3-4 days a week of strength training for 4 months and haven't been counting what I eat so now I'm getting serious and wanna cut this body fat down. Currently at 24%. Can take all the help I can get. Add me as a friend and we can motivate each other to stay motivated

    My advice would be; sufficient protein, calorie deficit and keep lifting. At 24% you have a fair way to go but you'll look better in the end.
