Midway June 26th (goal 211 lbs):
This week's successes: Stayed on track with meal plan (even through the weekend)
This week's challenges: Not letting this week's weight loss make me lazy
Side note: When I signed up for this challenge, I was just like wahoo a new challenge sign me up. I t was not until today that I started thinking where would I be at the midway point (26 weeks) and at 52 weeks. 26 week will be somewhere around the week of June 25th and the of course 52nd week the last of December. By really thinking of that midway point makes it clearer that I should be 26lbs lighter at this moment or at least close to it and not play around. So for me by June 25th I should be in the area of 211lb (which is so nice to write )13 -

This week's successes: Can’t think of any to be honest.
This week's challenges: Wow, it’s been a hell of a week. I got struck with a major sinus infection that had me bedridden for a week. As a result, I relied on my hubby to bring me most of my meals. So a lot of fast food, microwaveable frozen foods, etc. happened. Also I haven’t had any exercise. I have fallen right back into all my old habits. I haven’t even been logging my food. I’m back to at least feeling well enough to return to work, but I’m still struggling with the last symptoms of my illness and it’s making it hard to get back on track. I shudder to think what the scale will say when I get on it this Tuesday, but I’m determined to continue to try. Wish me luck.

GW 130ish
CW 171.5
Lost 7.5
I haven't checked in for a few weeks but have had the challenge in the back of my mind. Needed to start checking in or I worry I won't progress more.
Good things- I have really hung into eating out less which has helped drop pounds easily at first.
Challenge- Now that the first easy pounds have come off, I need to get back to really logging and exercising more than just one time a week. My goal will to be work out at least twice this week. I know that's a low offer but if I do anything more I will get overwhelmed and just not do anything. Some is better than none!8 -
Haven't checked in for a bit
Starting weight:227
Goal weight:175
Current weight:209.6
Total weight lost:17.4
This week's successes: THE SCALE going in the right direction..whohoo. I'm listening to my body and not emotionally eating any more. Water intake is good and prepping food and staying on track with trying new recipes.

Goal weight: 120
Current weight: 158
This week's weight loss: 0
Total weight lost: 3
Way behind in the weight loss challenge but I have more energy so I'm not stressing about it. Continuing to measure and log food intake helps keep me accountable.
This week's successes: Back to the gym and discovered I like the treadmill afterall.
This week's challenges: No weight loss, but no gain either. Took a 2 day road trip in the car with lots of snacks (unhealthy ones). Another 2 day road trip this next week. Plan a little better on the snacks.6 -
Starting weight 1st Jan: 231lbs
Goal weight: 186 lbs
Current weight: 224 lbs
Week weight loss: 0
Total weight lost:7lbs
This week's (sort of) successes: Stayed the same despite an obscene amount of booze and associated crap on two days last week. Using SW principles of Super/Free foods and their HE principles plus the calorie counting appears to be the way forward for me but will have to wait and see as gym beckons next week.
This week's challenges: Think I've cracked it with no exercise weeks, but fitness is important too, so will build up gym visits as exercise seems to stop the weight loss. But instead of 3/4 visits will limit it to 1-2 next week and see where we are with that.8 -
I know I'm late joining this but I'm in!
