Losing lower belly fat

I have a 6 pack when I flex u can see it but can't seem to get the video cut been doing legs raises like crazy and doing cardio what else can help get the v shape cut.....

    a caloric deficit helps cut fat. you cant spot reduce fat.so to see your abs you have to reduce your fat percentage,some may not see the abs they want even at a lower body fat percentage.

    Your leg raises aren't doing anything to get that v

    If that's what you want you need to be at a low enough BF%, genetics willing, for it to show ..you'd probably need to aim for sub 7 or 8%
