Looking for some accountability and motivation!

Hi everyone! I'm a mom of 4 kids under the age of 9 and I'm looking to shed all my excess baby weight. I fluctuate between 165-170 and I'd like to lose around 20-30 pounds. I exercise on and off but I'm going to start a new regime and hopefully will be able to stick with it. I really want to get in shape so I can be a healthy, good example for my kids, and so I can look good next to my husband- I definitly don't think I am thin/sexy enough compared to him. Feel free to add me if you want am accountability partner!
I will do good for a week or two with my diet and exercise and then I stop. Being home all day with 4 kids takes its toll on me and I stress eat etc...plus it's really hard time get in even a 30 minutes exercise. Any mom's need a accountability/exercise/weight-loss Partner?
