Breakfast ideas

I would love some ideas for a healthy breakfast. I tend to go with protein bars or nutri grain bars which seem to have a good bit of sugar. I leave home at 5:30 for work and it is hard to come up with good options for breakfast. Any ideas?

I leave at the same time for work. I have
3 eggs scrambled. Cooked in coconut oil/grass fed butter
Half or full avocado
Bell pepper/onion chopped
A slice of bacon
If you're rushed for time cook it all up and throw it in something so you can eat when you get to work. Or in the parking lot before you go into work.0 -

I usually eat when I get to the office (I can eat and work at the same time, but sadly not sleep while working, so I prioritize my sleep in the mornings). Once I get there though, I have a yummy no-added-sugar muesli with low-fat yoghurt and when I have some, I throw in any kind of berries too. It tastes great, super fast to throw together, and keeps me going all morning0
