    What are your stats?

Your goal is a number you should be hitting after exercise, if not every day then averaged out over the week.

7lb loss in that number of weeks sounds fine.
    Is it feeling sustainable?
    Energy levels OK?

Yes, I thought , geez how am I going to cope on that.... but actually, it's quite the reverse and finding healthier foods that keep me fuller for longer.

It sounds fine to me. With a 720 calorie deficit a day, your aim is within the 1% of fat a week recommendation. It looks like you may have accurately calculated your intake and caloric expenditure too. Since November 19th makes 34 days with a 24480 deficit overall (minus the odd days here and there with the 100 calorie less intake) for a loss of 6.99 lbs.
Keep at it, and montior yourself appropriately. If you feel any negative side affects you can always Google or search MFP for answers and visit a doctor.

Seven pounds gone is all the evidence you need that your plan is working. It's not broke; don't fix it.
