New Gym Membership New Me!!!!!

Well tomorrow I have my induction for a gym membership!!!!!! I'm also mentally preparing myself for 2017!!!!!!!
I'm putting everything in place for a new me in the new year.
I've been on my fitness pal for a few years now but haven't really stuck with it this year. Tried a few "quick fixes" but they never work, gave myself a few pep talks (quickly forgotten) but this is my time now, I am focused and ready and actually quite excited for what lies ahead.
I don't have a huge amount of weight to lose but it's enough for me to feel better about myself. I'm going to be strong

    Good for you. What are you going to do differently this year than last to help you stick with the habit? It takes more than enthusiasm to keep going!

    Have you heard of SMART goals? If I remember correctly it stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timed. (Be careful about timing weight loss though.). Every goal I have been successful in achieving has been set using this or a similar method.
