CRUNCHING THE NUMBERS

Im setting out on a journey to reach my fitness goals this year. But trying to get the numbers right. According to a 12 week training program by bodybuilding.com called shortcut to size. Im supposed to be taking in on average 1gram of protein per ld of bodu weight & close to 2grams on training day. This is my main focus this year because currently at 202lbs i was surprised that my protein intake since joining MFP has been less that 150grams per day! Sometimes less than 100grams. Everyone knows how easy it is to rake in those Carbs & Fat. All you need is a Double-Double & a Muffin & youre borderline on your daily intake. ARE THERE ANY FRIENDS THAT MANAGE TO LOSE WEIGHT INCLUDING FAT PERCENTAGE & INCREASE MUSCLE MASS? & CAN YOU SHARE THE MACROS WHICH ACHIEVED THAT?
