I was referring to the plank as additional solution as well as a controlled calorie diet. I guess The reason most of us are here. I guess I should have mentioned that rather than assume you already knew.

In your original response, you said "best way to lose love handles quick is to do the plank". Definitely doesn't appear that you were offering an "additional solution". Even if you were, as a fitness instructor, you cannot assume people know what you know cause many don't.
