I've been on my fitness pal since ----> 2009. ...and lost over 50 pounds but found myself in a rut with too many friends I was trying to encourage, and not enough encouraging me. Decided to delete my account and start over. I'm looking for people who are nutrition and fitness savvy, people who've lost weight or have been strong and healthy for a lot of years and can high five me as I make more progress down this road.
I'm entering the home stretch of my last 35 pounds.... the last 10 pounds or so has taken me since May. :( Enough is enough, I need some fresh faces for my journey.
History:
I have done the juice diet.
The Atkins diet.
The customized body type diet. Farrell's eXtreme body-shaping. Cardio and strength-training 5 to 6 days a week.
I've done running.
I've done Plyometrics and body weight training.
And now I finally work for a company that does this all via nutrition so my main focus is macro nutrition and the results that is getting me. Fitness focus will come back in soon....
