Hi Everyone! Weight loss plateau GONE!

I am going into my 4th month of a healthier lifestyle, and have never felt better about myself. I just discovered this website. It's excellent. No more writing down my food journal! I have lost 22 pounds, although June was a little rocky as I was not working out. I have worked out the last 3 days (minus last night) and have already started to shed those frustrating pounds that weren't coming off. Apparently working out and getting exercise is the key, not counting work. I do about 20 - 30 min (1 mile) on an Elliptical Trainer. I have realized that we are capable of doing anything we want...We just have to want it bad enough! Hello healthy life style!!
