I've never been able to stick to a diet. I've gone from a size 12 to a size 24 in the last 17 years. I had 3 kids, and I love cake and good food which probably didn't help haha!
My husband thinks I'm fine the way I am, but in all honesty, I know I'm fat. Now I need to do something about it. I have just got back into motorbikes, and I need to lose weight enough to be able to fit into leathers and on a bike. This is the reason I have been beating up my treadmill, and eating considerably less. It's worked, in 18 days I've lost 1/2 inch.
Do any of you have any tips on how to lose more quicker? I have a deadline of june 2017 to be at least a size 20.

I don't think you can rush these things nor is it wise to lose weight quickly. If you cut too low then you are not likely to stick with it. You need to be consistent, log everything you eat and drink everyday, if you have a bad day dont let that become a bad week then
Month, just get back right on it. Start with walking or stepping and build up your burns. I'm certainly not the person
To suggest it's quick. I have been on here three years and lost 48lbs but at least it has not gone back on, and I'm still logging everything. Good luck I hope you can see some sustainable results.
