What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't have any sweets at the cookout

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories

    Monday Weigh in 135.8 Same,:frown: but down 1 1/4" on the two measurements I checked since beginning the shred! (rt. thigh and bicep) It really does work!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I got the 10/10 didn't reward myself with a glass of wine though. :bigsmile: I had been slacking so bad before I figure it was a make-up day!

    What would I have done differently? Skipped the late-night snack mix

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? started a snack binge but stopped and skipped supper to make up for it

    What would I have done differently? eaten a healthy supper instead of snacked

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? put aside leftovers from my delicious restaurant meal

    What would I have done differently? More water

    What is today's personal goals? not setting any Didn't sleep last night. Not a good day!
