Anyone out there taking this class? I'm curious to know your opinions on the program.

Yes! Love love love it. My body composition has completely changed in about 6 weeks. I can now do military push ups where I couldn't before. I never though I could do burpees or side plank crunches. But now I rock them. If you have the opportunity to take the class you seriously owe it to yourself. I've never felt so powerful. It's definitely not for beginners but everything can be modified.

I have been doing it for a while. I like it.

The challenge is how in the world to accurately track it! I have been counting it as regular Zumba, but it's really HIIT. There are no listings for HIIT.

Anyone have any thoughts on how to track it?

    Wear a HRM.

I used a hrm monitor the first time I took the class and manually entered it in. Now it just seems to know, probably not super accurate, but better than nothing.
