Just short of 5' 9 goal weight is 135. Current weight 157 & hoping to achieve it by June 2017.

    Well that seems too low to me, but then I'm at goal at 160

    Still if that's a weight you've been as an adult and a body aesthetic you like and are genetically predisposed to good luck in acheiveing your goals

    That's a realistic goal, I'm 5'9 and weigh 125lbs. Go with the weight that feels right to you!
