Well today is my first day of program. I must say it is going very well so far. However tonight is Christmas Eve and I have a buffet to go to. The place where I am going is known for baking and making candy for days on end. Not sure how it will go. Please pray.

    Welcome Carolyn been on here for over three years and aged 69. You can do this stick with it day in day out and good luck
