    On that same link once you click join you should have access to the full group. If you scroll down you will see some announcements (where the registration announcement is) and further down discussions( where the team discussions are). Go the the registration announcement and that is where you enter your details. Once you are assigned a team you can head over to your team discussion and start talking to your teammates. Let me know if you need further help.
