How do I log high intensity interval training?

Hi all,
Please forgive a newbie question: I started recently with the 7 minute high intensity workout from the New York Times, but I can't figure out how I should log it as exercise. Do I log each exercise separately as strength and cardio? I'm sure veterans out there have better solutions than this!
Thanks in advance!!
