A year-and-a-half ago I gave birth to my second baby again a lot of weight I went up 208 pounds I'm only 5.2 height 3 months ago I started watching what I eat I did not go on a diet and meal prep one meal a day and watched my portion and did CrossFit 5 days a week today I'm 190
