Carb recycling help please

Options
I understand the concept of alternating high and low carb days. Then one day a week is a reward day. Can anyone please tell me which foods I can eat on high carb days and which on low carb days. Thinking of trying this in the new year.
Things to consider Work 3 days so need foods I can take which don't need cooking. The other days at home I can be more accomadating with various foods. I note there seems to be lots of eggs mentioned i don't eat too many eggs for other reasons. It would be great if you could point me in the right direction and an easy way to start this off until I get a bit more knowledge about it. Other question can I have protein bars or yogurts instead of protein shakes? Thank you in antipation of any help you can give.
