Log it and stop all the negative brain language! Focus forward...it's OK to lose, just don't lose the lesson.2

@Woodsmoke The best thing you can do is just log it and start fresh the next day that's the beauty of it, every single day is a new day, no need to stress about yesterday's food when you could use that energy to make good decisions tomorrow (or today).
Making one good decision will bring your confidence back up, so order a salad or eat a smoothie and move on. Whatever you do don't beat yourself or hate yourself. There are so many legitimate reasons that we falter on our goals and ruminating over it won't help at all!

They only time you really screw up is when you give up.3

It was pizza. A LOT of pizza, by the sound of it. But unless you repeat this slip day after day, you haven't done THAT much damage. Learn what you can from this and move on. Suggested learning point: stop damning Papa John--annoying as he may be, he did not force that pizza down your eager little gullet!
Seriously, just get back on your normal track and you'll be fine. No need to go to extremes to atone for this.0 -
Log it and move on. That's all you can do. And in reality, it's the healthiest thing you can do.0
