We are all different. Would you take insulin because your friend is a diabetic?
Do you have any symptoms that lead you to believe you might be deficient?

I have a condition that leads to known deficiencies so i take a regimen daily. And folic acid. Women need folic acid if they are of child bearing age. Are you a woman of child bearing age?
Nearly everyone in the northern hemisphere is deficient in vitamin D.
If you want a placebo to help you feel virtuous, try Biosteel. It's neon pink, has lots of amino acids, and is mostly water.

Water as a supplement to a workout is superior to anything else you may try.0 -
My blood work showed I was low in vitamin d, so I take d3. I also take a probiotic, hair skin and nails vitamin (helps my hair shed less), dim/broccoli extract(helps hormone balance), magnesium for my legs, and half a multi. I take some others as well, but too many reasons to list. You have to decide what is good for your own body.1

I take a multivitamin every day and some flavorless soluble fiber powder in my water, that's pretty much it.1

None. I eat a varied diet and hit my calorie targets. Everything sorts itself out from that0

I take a basic mens multi-vitamin, "Emergen-C" for a Vitamin C replacement during cold/flu season. I also take creatine daily and a few times a week may use a whey protein supplement as an easy meal replacement depending on my macros for that day. Keep it pretty simple0

A multivitamin, fish oil, and vitamin D. My physician tests my vitamin D levels because I was low and had symptoms a couple years ago. Am back up to normal with the daily doses.
