Hi everyone! After years of yo yo dieting I am determined to lose 2 stone (to go from 11 stone to 9 stone).
I'm on day 7 of the Dukan diet Attack Phase, which I'm planning to do for 3 more days.
Anyone else doing / tried Dukan?

2 stone (28 pounds) in two months is a very aggressive goal especially when you don't have much to lose. Just look at the math, you need to cut your calories by (28 x 3500 = 9800/60 day = ) 1600+ calories per day from your TDEE. That's a huge amount.

You might find it more sustainable to eat a reasonable amount and set your goal date out six months or more.

By losing this much weight in 2 months you might run the risk of losing muscle as well as fat when you go into a catabolic state (just advise) but maybe your shouldn't have such a large calorific deficit and eat 500 calories less than your maintenance.
