Hi there and merry xmas to everyone!
I used MFP a few years ago and lost 3 stone in weight, but unfortunately I have put it all back on again since having my daughter 18 months ago

    Good luck both! My aim is to drop 15kg to start with. Will then see how things go after that!

    Hi from Oz also, wishing everyone a positive 2017. I still have 15-20kgs too loose, already lost 9kgs over the last 8 weeks, loosing fat and growing muscle at the same time. Feeling great and continuing on. Feel free guys to chat to me if you like. :)
